$4 per notarial act ($4.00 for notarizing each signature on the original or first copy of the document)

$1.00 for each signature on each additional copy of the same document

$1.00 for each copy furnished of reproductions of a notarized document by photocopying or other means

$2 for certifying a copy of a record in the notary’s journal

$5 fee for travel plus reimbursement at the prevailing rate for mileage (56 cents per mile)
